Annie Arlene (West) Horton

Annie Arlene West Horton, born July 16, 1935, a native of Thomasville, AL and a resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023. She was a faithful member of Foster Grove Holiness Church and a Godly woman full of love and never met a stranger. She retired from Mobile County Public School, (Baker Cafeteria), after over 30+ years of service.

Ms. Horton was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Alex Warren Horton, and son, Alex Jeffrey Horton.

She is survived by her 3 sons, Warren "PeeWee" Horton, Perry (Roxann) Horton, Carl (Teresa) Horton, grandchildren, Monica (Brandon) Day, Anthony (Courtney) Horton, Megan (Shaun) Alexander, Tyler (Samantha) Horton, Ashleigh Robinson, Alexis Horton, great grandchildren, Matthew, Paisley, Harper, Sawyer, Phoenix, Boone, Liam, Tanner, Cove, Jaxson, and Talon, and Brother, J. B. West, other relatives and many friends. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Mobile Funeral Home and Crematory. 

Funeral services will be held from, Foster Grove Holiness Church, 8952 Tanner Williams Rd, Mobile, AL 36608, at 11 am with visitation from 10 am until service time on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
