Dale Eduard Coflin, 67, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2026, at home, surrounded by his family and love.
Dale was born in Nashville, Tennessee, to John William Coflin and Christiane Marie Fischer. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Throughout his life, he worked as a roofer and was highly skilled in woodworking, able to build and create just about anything with his hands. Dale found joy in the simple things—fishing, watching old westerns, playing video games, playing spades, and slots. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family, who meant everything to him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Coflin; his daughter, Tiffany Ayala, and son-in-law, Stephen Ayala. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Brandon Reitzammer, Briana Reitzammer, Bryce Betancourt, Brooklynne Betancourt, Joseph (Joey) New, and Jason New; and his beloved great-grandchildren: Kaydon Reitzammer, Kennedi Reitzammer, Joseph (Jojo) Villar, Autumn Reitzammer, Krystal Reames, and Robert (JJ) Reames.
Dale was preceded in death by his father, John William Coflin; his mother, Christiane Marie Fischer; his son, Joseph New Jr.; his daughter, Angel Marie New; his nephew, Shawn Thomas Vance; and his great-granddaughter, Serenity Reames.
Dale will be remembered for his love of family, his dedication to his country, his appreciation for westerns, and his peaceful moments spent near the water. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
