It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Darlene Williams on November 14, 2024, at the age of 65. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Darlene’s warmth and love left an incredible mark on all who knew her.
Born on May 13, 1959 in Paterson, NJ, Darlene grew up with a spirit that was as radiant as the May sunshine. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends were the foundation of a life well-lived. She found immense joy in nurturing those around her, offering a listening ear, a comforting embrace, and a laugh that could light up any room.
Darlene is survived by her loving husband, Guy Thompson, whose partnership and love were a testament to the power of true companionship. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Eric Williams and Jeff Boucher, whose lives were forever enriched by her guidance, encouragement, and endless support. Her grandchildren, Alyssa Jupin, Chloe Williams, and Charlotte Williams, were the lights of her life, and she cherished every moment spent creating memories with them. She will be spending her time with her daughter, Angelina Boucher, in heaven.
Her family and friends will always remember Darlene’s talent for turning ordinary moments into extraordinary ones. Whether through her lovingly prepared meals, her tender words of wisdom, or her boundless enthusiasm for family traditions, she made every day feel special. Her home was a sanctuary of love, a place where everyone felt welcome and valued.
Though our hearts ache in her absence, Darlene’s legacy of love, compassion, and resilience will continue to inspire us. She reminded us to cherish the simple joys, to always care for one another, and to find beauty in every day.
Rest in peace, Darlene. Your light will forever shine in our hearts.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at 2 pm from Mobile Funeral Home and Crematory with visitation from 1 pm until service time.
