Donald Ray Parker

Donald Ray Parker, a resident of Mobile, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2022. He was 74 years old. 

Donnie enjoyed fishing, frogging, and was a big time gardener. Being at the creek with his family and friends was special to him. Spending time with his grandkids was Donnie's favorite of all. He was always talking about his two sons to his friends.

Donnie is preceded in death by his father, William B. Parker; mother, Elenore Louise Parker; sister, Margarett Peterman; and his brothers, Samuel Parker, Benny Parker, Kenny Parker, and Frankie Parker.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Rita Parker; sons, Gaylon Parker and Justin Parker; grandkids, Jessie Taylor, Brayden Parker, Katelyn Klaire Parker, Audree Parker, Noah Parker, Willow Parker, and River Parker; great grandchild, Kip Forrest Taylor; brothers, John. Joe, and Jackie Parker; sisters, Jenny Bonner and Susie Parker; and many other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held for Donnie from 6pm until 8pm Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Mobile Funeral Home and Crematory. The funeral service will be held at 11am Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Mobile Funeral Home and Crematory. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Memorial Garden.

Pallbearers will be Richie Stringfellow, Jason Daughtry, Matt Lavender, Kyle Adams, Tray Guesnard, and Kenneth Cronier.
