Edward Eugene Tuggle

Edward Eugene Tuggle was born July 30, 1948, in Birmingham, Alabama, and passed away June 5,2022 in Mobile, Alabama.

He is preceded in death by his father, Carl John Tuggle Jr.; mother, Dorothy Mae Boyd Tuggle; his beloved wife, Carolyn; daughter, Michelle; and his brothers, Johnny (Debbie) and Charlie.

Edward is survived by his daughter, Melinda; son, Judson; brother, Ken Tuggle (Flo); and granddaughter, Katlyn.

Edward graduated from Shaw High School in 1968. After graduating, he enlisted in the Marine Corp where he served in Vietnam.  He also earned the Silver Star and many other accolades.  After the Marine Corp, Edward went to work with Mobile Power Brake for 42 years. He was known by many in Mobile for his work on tractor trailers in refrigerator units.

Edward will be greatly missed by everyone.

Visitation will be held from 9am until the 10am funeral service on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Mobile Funeral Home and Crematory.
