Evelyn Lacy Doom

 Evelyn Lacy Doom, was born on June 8, 1939, and entered Heaven’s Gates on November 9, 2023.

Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, William and Helen Lacy, her children Harold Skipper and Helen Colville, her husband Robert Doom and her siblings.

She is survived by her son Joseph Skipper, her grandchildren Chasity Stankov (Jude), Chrissy Skipper (Michael), Kevin Colville (Amber), Stephanie Anderson (Ryan), her great-grandchildren Danielle Gillette (Scott), Alisha Sanderson (Brandon), Brianna Sanderson, Lily Anderson, Reese Anderson, Charles Colville, 10 great-grandchildren, her dogs Tigger and Maddi, and many loved ones and friends.

Evelyn enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and doing word puzzles. She will be loved and missed forever.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, Novemeber 20, 2023 at 11 am from the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort.
