Fernando Rengifo, Sr. With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Fernando Rengifo Sr., a devoted husband, loving father, and a truly remarkable man whose kindness touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. Fernando was born on March 26, 1948, in Colombia. Throughout his life, he was known for his gentle spirit, compassionate heart, and unwavering devotion to his family. He was the kind of man who always put others before himself, making sure everyone around him felt happy, welcomed, and cared for. His generosity and selflessness defined the way he lived every day. Fernando was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Rengifo, with whom he shared a life built on love, commitment, and family. He was also a proud and devoted father to Fernando Rengifo Jr., Anthony Rengifo, and Christopher Rengifo. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, loving them wholeheartedly, and supporting them through every stage of life. Those who knew Fernando will remember his warm smile, gentle nature, and the unconditional love he gave so freely. He had a rare gift of making others feel comfortable and valued, always placing the needs of those he loved before his own. His quiet strength, generous spirit, and enormous heart will remain an inspiration to all who were blessed to know him.

A visitation will be on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 9:00am to 12:00 noon. A funeral service will start at 10:00 am in the chapel of Mobile Funeral Home and Crematory.
