Frederick (Bubba) Cazalas passed from this life on May 25, 2021. His death was unrelated to Covid 19. He was a long-time resident of Hollinger's Island (Theodore) Alabama, and carried the nickname, Bubba. If you had ever met or knew Bubba, you knew he had one stubborn streak, but his true nature was that of a teddy bear. If he thought you really needed a helping hand, he would try to be that hand for you. He was also a helping hand to our country. He served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, and after being honorably discharged, pursued a career in over the road truck driving. However, life lead him into the mechanics instead of driving, and he became one of the best auto mechanics in the state of Alabama. When not under a vehicle, Bubba enjoyed time with his friends. Most of all he enjoyed the companionship of his beloved chow chow named Blackjack. Bubba Cazalas was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Battiste Cazalas, and one sister, Armenia Irene Daniels. He is survived by his mother, Katherine Vrocher of Mobile, AL.; two sons, Brian Cazalas of San Antonino TX., and Aaron (Monica) Cazalas of Taylor, TX.; one daughter, Angelica Cazalas also from Taylor TX.,; along with their families to include 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He will be missed.
