We are here today to celebrate the life of Irma Jean Malone. Irma was born on September 17th 1937. Irma was a life long resident of Mobile Ala. She passed away at 87 years old. She gained her heavenly wings on Tuesday October 29th 2024.
She was a member of Foster Grove Holiness Church. She loved singing the old church hymns. She loved to cook. She had a food ministry. I imagine most of you have sat at her table. She was considered by most as a Prayer Warrior. If you ask her to pray you knew that she would do that.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Robert Ethanuel Malone Sr. Pastor of Foster Grove Holiness Church, parents, Eugene Foster and Ophelia Foster,and grandson Ethan Keith Malone, and brother in law, Sterlyn Germany. She is survived by three sons, Robert Ethanuel Malone Jr. (Paula) of Stillwell Kansas, Richard Keith "Rick" Malone (Dana) of Weatherford Texas, Stephen Paul Malone of Wilmer,Alabama, one daughter, Peggy Givens (Rick) of Tillmans corner Mobile Alabama, three granddaughters, Victoria Malone Nguyen (Phong) ,Danielle Sharisse Malone and Andrea Michelle Givens, four grandsons, Michael Dwain Givens, Christopher Chad Givens (Emily), Nathan Derron Malone (Mica~ela ), and Robert Ethanuel Malone, III, (Sydney), eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, sister Pat Germany, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held on November 1st 2024 at Foster Grove Holiness Church Mobile Alabama at 11 am with visitation from 10 am until service time. Interment will be in Pierce Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie McCarty, Nathan Malone, Robert E Malone, III, Ken Germany, Andrew Bynum and Kevin Foster.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bubba Foster, Oliver Foster and Robert "Bob" Foster.
