Jason E. Thompson, of Mobile, Alabama, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. He finished his journey and left for his heavenly paradise on January 7th, 2023 at 50 years old.

Jason is survived by his loving wife, MeChelle Thompson; eight wonderful children, Javen Thompson, Jaden (Mali) Thompson, Jordan (Andrew) Hummel, Storm (Kera) Thompson, Nikolas (Rachel) Allen, John Allen, Ashley (Brandon) Hahn, and Whitnee Allen; nine beautiful grandchildren, Rylei, Jaelin, Beau, Ariana, Landon, Knox, Malcolm, Julia, and Kylo; parents, Donald and Ola Thompson; three siblings, Tammy Thompson, Carrie (Brian) Ramey, and Matthew (Ellen) Thompson; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and lots of friends.
Jason enjoyed watching and playing sports. He had a big love for his Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals. Jasons love of sports kept him playing as an adult and led him to coach his children and others in town leagues. Jason could also be found traveling places, such as, Europe, the beaches, mountains, and camping with his family and friends.
Jason was compassionate with a huge heart. He was the epitome of selflessness and kindness. He was a very hard worker and was always ready and willing to help others without being asked. Jason had a genuine love for the Lord and serving those in need. Jasons biggest love was his family that he enjoyed spending time with doing anything and everything with.
