John William Yates, a resident of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, June 01, 2023. He was 37 years old.

John had a passion for singing and loved song writing. Music was a big part of his life, and he loved camping, traveling and fishing.

John is preceded in death by his father, James Yates (Dutch); sister, Tracy; and brother, Jeff.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Terri Yates; 2nd father, Morlan Fields; son, Jaykob Yates; sister, Candy Adkins; brothers, Dewayne and Cricket; and so many family, friends and fans.
