Johnny Carl Shaw

Johnny Carl Shaw affectionately known as “Bob”, age 66 of Theodore, AL passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Sunday September 28, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.

He will be remembered for his quick wit and infectious spirit; there will not be another Johnny Shaw in our lifetime. He was a unique individual, to know him was to love him whether you wanted to or not.

He is survived by his wife Pamela Shaw of 26 years. Daughters, Nikki Strickland, Mandy Manning, Amberly Lewis (Jared Sr.), Jessica Eardley (Jeff), Sons, Jarret Carl Shaw, Brandon Corey Shaw (Leanne), Jedidiah Lambert (Tessy). Grandchildren Tristan Manning, Makayla Strickland, Gage Strickland, Ricky Strickland, Seth Rogers, Gabriel Rogers, Isaiah Rogers, Reina Rogers, Macy Lewis, Jared Lewis Jr., Nathan Eardley, Kiersten Eardley, Jaxon Speese, Dylan Shaw (Caton), Jackson Shaw, Benjamin Shaw, Jullian Shaw, Jonah Shaw, Laykin Lambert and Two great-grandchildren.  Brothers Randy Shaw (Michelle), Jeff Shaw (Denise), Sister Lisa Odom McCreery, and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Floyd Raymond Shaw and Dorothy Mae Shaw. His son Johnny Christopher Shaw, and niece Randi Leigh Shaw, granddaughter Blakey Clark.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday October 11, 2025 @ 11:00 AM at Solid Rock Church of God 11400 Tanner Williams Rd, Mobile, AL 36608. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his Go Fund Me page to help with final expenses.
