Joseph Earl Shirah, age 72, a native and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Helen Shirah, siblings, Glenn Vickers, Dewey Vickers, Myra Baker, Fred Shirah, Clement Shirah and Cathy Covington.
He is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Shirah, children, Dianne (Robert Lee) Stewart, Wayne (Ruth) West, Chris (Shania Weaver) West, Joey Meeks, Tracy Shirah, 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brother, Wayn Shirah, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Funeral Home and Crematory on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 12 noon with visitation from 11 am until service time.
