Joyce Williamson Ownby, age 93, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Moore Harris.
She is survived by her loving husband of 75 years, Robert Donald Ownby, Sr., children, Donnie (Patsy) Ownby, Velina (Matt) Holsonback, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, other relatives and many friends.
She was a member of Eastern Star, a mystic society, and a lifelong member of the choir of Grace Presbyterian Church.
A memorial service will be held at Grace Presbyterian Church at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
