Kimberly S. Griffin, 57, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2026. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, family, faith, and countless cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Kimberly was a loving mother, devoted wife, and proud Nana. Her children and grandchildren were her world. She treasured every moment spent with her family and was always there to celebrate the special moments in their lives.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ricky, and the father of her children, Perry. She is also survived by her children: Katie (Daniel), Priscilla, Josh, Joe (Shaina), Daniel, Lenita (Miguel), and Isabella.

Kimberly leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Jayla, Avery, Tayler, DJ, Matthew, Ryan, Nathan, Ethan, Ava, MaKayla, Cameron, Conner, Skylar, Addy, Jaxon, Layni, Emily, Aydin, Legend, and Aza’Riyah, as well as her precious great-grandchildren, Malachi and Leo.

She is also survived by her brother, Paul, along with multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, bonus children, extended family, and many dear friends who loved her deeply.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Linda; stepfather, Melvin; brother, Daryl; sister, Shanna; and many other family members and friends who she is now reunited with.

Kimberly found so much joy in being surrounded by the people she loved. She enjoyed spending time with her family and proudly cheering on her grandchildren as they played softball, baseball, football, and any other hobby or activity they decided to try. She never missed an opportunity to support them and celebrate their accomplishments.

She was also a devoted Alabama football fan and loved cheering for her team. Her faith was an important part of her life, and she was a member of Grace Assembly of God Church. Kimberly loved her church family dearly, and the love and fellowship she shared with them meant so much to her.

Kimberly’s greatest gift was the love she gave to others. She was a mother, Nana, wife, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend whose presence brought love and warmth to those around her. Though her physical presence is no longer with us, the love she poured into her family will live on through every child, grandchild, great-grandchild, and loved one whose life she touched.

Her family was her greatest joy. Her grandchildren were her pride and happiness. Her love will be carried on forever.

Family and friends are invited to come together to remember Kimberly, share stories, celebrate her life, and honor the beautiful memories she gave us.

A meal will be shared at the church following the memorial service.
