Laura Elizabeth Bosarge

Laura Elizabeth Bosarge, a resident of Irvington, Alabama passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2021. She was 49 years old. Laura enjoyed arts and crafts, the outdoors, fishing, camping, swimming, music and loved to eat good food. She always had a big appetite! Her past time was spent watching The Price Is Right, Young and the Restless and Bold and Beautiful. Laura always wore a cap on her head. Her favorite one had the logo of ‘Love’. Also, may have seen her sporting around town supporting her favorite team cap, Alabama. Those closest to Laura knew how much she loved to watch the football games while drinking her Coke or Red Bull; her favorite team was Alabama. She had a big heart for her animals and always had several pets at any given time. Her girls were the love of her life. Laura was also very close with her mother, Brenda Ford. She was a loving and caring mom who will be missed terribly.

Laura is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Bosarge.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Sharon Stenzel and Roxanne Bosarge; her mother, Brenda Ford; her father, Lawrence Starita; her sisters, Patricia Slavens and Sharon Polk; her brother, Gary Starita; her aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; many cousins; and other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 10:00am to 11:00am at First Baptist Church Bayou La Batre, 13500 Wintzell Ave, Bayou La Batre, AL 36509 with funeral service at 11:00am. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
