Lydia Josephine Crigler (lovingly referred to as “Flo” by friends and family), a resident of Mobile, Alabama, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 27, 2021. She was 65 years old. Flo enjoyed her work at the University of South Alabama. She also enjoyed theatre, movies, crime novels and cookbooks, MSNBC, having lunch with her siblings, Alabama football, watching sunsets by the water, and rooting for the underprivileged. Flo is preceded in death by her mother and father, Doris and Harry Crigler. Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved daughter, Rebecca Crigler; her compassionate siblings, John Crigler, Jan Pesnell, Paula Watson, and Alice Brock; her siblings’ spouses, children, and grandchildren; and a myriad of family friends and relatives.
