Mary Elizabeth Whittington

Mary Elizabeth Whittington, a resident of Wilmer, Alabama, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021. She was 57 years old.

Mary enjoyed Singing songs from song books and going to church.

She is preceded in death by her father, Bill Whittington and her brother, William Thomas Whitting, Jr. (Bill, Jr.).

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Jessica Whittington; her son, Brandon Whittington; her two grandchildren, Jayden and Juliette Todd; her mother, Faye Whittington; her brothers, Thomas Whittington and Robert Patton; her sisters, Sandra Ward and Donna Downing; and many other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held at 12pm Wednesday September 1, 2021, at Mobile Funeral Home and Crematory. Funeral service will be at 1pm in the chapel. Internment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
