Paul Charly, Jr., a native of Wilcox County and a longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama, was born March 10, 1940. He departed this life on August 18, 2021, at Springhill Memorial Hospital surrounded by his daughters. He was a father figure to many and enjoyed shopping, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Paul was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Nettles and his brothers, Roy Charly and Chester Charly.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Sallie Charly; his two loving daughters, Monika Paulette Charly and Shelisskia Twinette Charly; his grandchildren, Gmaure Charly, Deonti Charly, Gaborris Charly, and Zachari Charly; a host of nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and loving friends.
