Sharon Darnell Strahan Obituary

Sharon Darnell Strahan, 72, of Georgetown, Alabama born on January 5, 1952, in Mobile, Alabama passed away peacefully in her home January 1st, 2025 surrounded by her nieces Tasha and Braelynn Wood. 


Sharon was a wonderful, loving, caring and kind person that live her best life. She loved working at Mobile Infirmary with her work family. Sharon was an Aunt which meant all her nieces an nephews was spoiled because that was her kids. 


Sharon loved to travel, she loves wrestling, concerts and trips to the casino with her family an friends. 


We will forever miss her, the love you get from an aunt is like no other; especially when it came from Sharon. She was one of a kind! 


She is now reunited with her parents, Johnie and Ethel Strahan; two sisters, Sandra Byrd and Patsy Zundel; niece, Tammy Wood; and nephew, Donnie Zundel Sr. 


She leaves behind to cherish her memory a devoted great niece, Tasha (Aaron) Wood and great great niece and nephews, Braelynn Wood, Drake Wood and Luke Touchstone; Nephews, Robby Wood; and Brandon (Carlie) Wood; Great great nieces and nephews Skylar, Lexi, Ryder, Bayleigh, Lane Wood and Aubree Fausak; and Memori Maxwell.


Also nephews and nieces, DJ (Tiffany) Zundel, Josh Zundel, Travis (Katie) Zundel, Cheryl Zundel, Brianna (Garrett) Hoven, Kristi (Jennifer) Zundel and many more nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
