Shelia Marie Moseley

Shelia Marie Moseley Hardy went to eternal rest unexpectedly at Providence Hospital in Mobile, AL on May 8, 2021. She was born on May 14, 1957 in Meridian, MS to Jesse Edward Moseley Jr., and Marie Inell Moseley. Shelia was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Oscar Boles, Charles Moseley, Merriell Boles, and Eugene Boles. She left behind her eternal companion, Dennis Hardy; two daughters, MeRissa Turley (Joe) of Powderly, TX and Megan Bennett (Michael) of Mobile, AL; two grandchildren, Rachel Turley and Ryder Turley (her little sweethearts); two sisters, Margaret Mathie (Bill) of Layton, Utah and Shirley Hall (Craig) of Birmingham, AL; two brothers, Lowry Moseley (Jane) of Meridian, MS and Roger Boles (Kathleen) of Hickory, NC; Nineteen nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Shelia was a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She graduated from Meridian High School in Meridian, MS, Shelia received her degree in Nursing at Meridian Community College in Meridian, MS. She also went on to receive her master degree at the University of Southern MS in Hattiesburg, MS. Shelia worked as a neonatal nurse as well as a NICU nurse at Anderson Hospital, which she loved very much. She was a director of nursing in Utah and became a head nurse at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in California.
There will be a memorial May 15, 2021 from 1pm to 3pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Mobile, AL (5520 Ziegler Blvd., Mobile AL 36608).
Her wishes were to be cremated in Mobile, AL.
