William Barkley Markham

William "Barkley" Markham, a native and resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026.

Barkley enjoyed hunting, fishing, being with his family and loved one, foosball, and football. 

He was preceded in death by his father, James William Markham.

Those left to cherish his memory include, wife, Shana Markham, son, Jakob (Beth) Markham, daughter, Madison (Alex) Dixon, grandchildren, John and Matthew Markham, mother, Linda Markham, sisters, Tricia (Paul) Thrash, Jackie (Ronnie) Vise, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. 

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 1-3 pm at Pathway Church, Moffett Campus.
